These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MortMetrix (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MortMetrix provides mortgage amortization tracking, payment logging, and related financial projections based on information you provide. The Service is a planning and tracking tool only.

MortMetrix does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. All calculations, projections, and payoff estimates are for informational purposes only, are based on the data you enter, and may not reflect your actual loan terms, lender policies, or future market conditions. Always confirm figures with your mortgage servicer and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the Service's underlying software.

You retain ownership of the loan and financial information you enter into MortMetrix. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

If you grant another user viewer access to a loan, you are responsible for that decision and can revoke access at any time. MortMetrix is not responsible for how an invited viewer uses information you've shared with them.

The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by MortMetrix and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably possible.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MortMetrix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for financial decisions made based on information or projections from the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
